Policy Terms and Conditions For In-Salon & Mobile Spa
Our spa courtesies ensure satisfactory and fair services for all of our treasured customers. We kindly request that all guests honor them.
Please refrain from talking on your cell phone inside the spa. All cell phones must be in silent mode or turned off.
We love children, friends & family. But for your safety & all guest's relaxation, we ask that all stay seated in our reception area during your visit. Only guests receiving service are allowed in services areas.
We kindly ask that all guests please keep all conversations to a whisper, as not to disrupt our other clients.
*****Outside nail supplies including polish, dipping powder, chrome, tools, lotion, etc... are welcome but charges are still the same.
We adhere to strict guidelines for sanitation and sterilization. All metal implements are sterilized and put in a sealed pouch for each use. Proper sanitation, safety and hygiene are of the utmost importance here at MANI TOES.
For yours and our staffs protection, liners are used for all pedicure services. Files, buffers, pumice bar, toe separators, flip flops and paraffin are all disposable.

We can block a specified number of spa appointments up to 6 months prior to the event date, but inquiries may be taken earlier based on availability. All appointments are based on availability so holding these appointments guarantees your specific services.
Reservations need to be made at least two (2) days in advance for spa services and at least one (1) week in advance for groups exceeding 5 people.
We Do Not accept appointments for polish change, nail take-off, nail repair, lip wax and brow wax.
While reservations are recommended, walk-ins are always welcome for in-salon services.

Allergies or Sensitivities:
Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you book/schedule your appointment.
For groups reservations of ten or more, a $250.00 deposit will be requested. This is to ensure that we do not turn away walk-ins, clear our schedule, make techs available, and have no one show up. This causes both the salon and our technicians to lose a lot of money. When your group arrives for your services, the $250 deposit will be refunded or applied to your bill. If you must cancel your group reservations, we are happy to accommodate, please read our cancellations section below.
Private parties/after hours spa rental $500.00
We accept cash and most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card & American Express).
Out of Anne Arundel County $75.00 or more (depend on county)
We reserve the right to change our pricing, time of appointment, policies and/or fees at any time without notice.
Reschedule/Cancellations and Refunds:
If you must reschedule/ cancel your appointment for any reason, we will be happy to process a full refund within 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded - Incurs fee of 50% of service value.
No Show of reservation incurs fee of 100% of service value.
Organization Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather or any other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date if available, or a full refund.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to your specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please note that we give a 10 minute grace period to all of our appointments. After that grace period, we will have to consider you as a walk-in and will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service, lessen the effectiveness, and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment.
In the event that your nail chips or breaks within the first week of getting serviced, please inform us by giving us a call, sending us an e-mail, or come into Mani Toes so we can go ahead and do a courtesy repair for you. After a week, we will charge for the repair. Please contact us as soon as possible if your nail chips or breaks within the week so we are informed and do not charge you if you cannot make it within the week.
Right to Refuse Service:
Our spa professionals reserve the right to refuse service/treatment or end a session if; Our spa professionals are put in an uncomfortable situation at any time by the client; If our professionals deem the environment or situation to be unsafe or unsanitary; If the spa professional feels he/she is in imminent danger.
We also reserve the right to refuse service if any of the following apply:
Over consumption of alcohol and/or other substances
Broken skin and/or lesions
Any serious or contagious medical conditions not mentioned at the time of ‘reservation
Misconduct, including but not limited to; sexual advances, solicitation, and/or suggestive comments
Gratuity is not included in any services, packages, parties or events. Gratuity is at the discretion of the customer. We appreciate tips in CASH, however you also will have the option to add the tip to a credit/ debit card.
Special promotions cannot be used in combination with any other offer.
Envie Rewards: Reward points can be redeem within six (6) months from last service.
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive spa services. If under the age of 18, services will only be provided with a parent or legal guardian present.
Gift Cards/Gift Certificates:
Gift cards are available in any amount. We will mail your gift card via address provided when purchased at checkout. All sales are FINAL!
GIFT CARDS/GIFT CERTIFICATES are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift cards/gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift Cards/Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards/Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making/booking your appointment.
Arrival & On-Site Process:
Set-up Time: Our spa professionals will arrive 15 - 30 minutes prior to the start of your event.
Maintenance: set-up, clean and provide all spa equipment and products for all designated service areas
Water: We need to use your water from sink or bathtub for manicure, pedicure & facial.
Equipment Includes: massage beds, massage chairs, manicure stations, pedicure stations, sanitation products, nail files, nail polishes, candles, sheets, towels, etc.
Mani Toes may request a site visit prior to the date of services.
